Good location and breakfast. Warm and friendly reception. Help with parking and last minute accommodation. Hearty breakfast to start the day. Close to town.

Great value for money and convenient location near the city center and beach. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room had all the necessary amenities and the en-suite bathroom was clean and functional.
The hotel showed signs of age and could benefit from some renovations. The Wi-Fi was difficult to access and unreliable, causing inconvenience.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was quiet, had magnificent location between the North & Central Piers. The staff was affable and great, our stay was perfectly pleasant!

Value for money was great, with a cosy bed, TV and nice hot shower in the super small and basic room. The perfect view of Blackpool Tower from the window made our stay even better.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety. It would have been helpful to be informed beforehand that the lounge area and bar weren't available.
